The Alden Indy Work Boot is Alden's film-famous take on a unique high-top work boot. It has a combination of eyelets and hooks on the top, and distinctive contrast stitching on the toe front. Manufactured in leathers from the famous Horween tannery, these boots are great wearing and offer all day long comfort. Like all of Alden's New England shoes, this model includes a tempered steel shank for added stability, continuity and all day long support.
- Brown Aniline Pull-Up leather.
- Supple glove leather linings
- Blucher lace construction.
- Neo-Cork sole with Thomas heel
- Trubalance Last. This is Alden's largest fitting last. We recommend that you order this style 1/2 size shorter than your typical size.

Classic and comfortable
The Alden Indy is a classic for a reason. My 403s arrived in impeccable shape, with consistent quality stitching across the uppers and the welts. The rich, brown Chromexcel is supple and a pleasure to wrap your feet in. These are the most comfortable boots out of the box that I've ever worn, and the break-in (such as it is) has been easy. I'm just shy of a 12.5 E on the Brannock and the 12 D fit me beautifully, with great room in the toe box and across the vamp (where my high volume foot sometimes struggles in other shoes). Looking forward to my next Alden purchase--highly recommended.

Love this boot!
I followed the sizing guidelines about sizing down a 1/2 size and I am happy I did. The boots fit perfect and are very comfortable. For reference I am a 10D in Allen Edmonds dress shoes, I ordered these in 9.5D. Fast shipping from Sherman Brothers also was greatly appreciated.
